Kuruskan Badan

hari ni me want to try herbalife.. as a supplement to replace my meal. hope can lost weight faster.

5 things
1- shake
2- protein
3-aloe
4- tea
5- omega3.

macam2 dah try ni. termasuk p gym. makan kurang. ambik alpha lipid. hmm.. semua tak jadi. Ah.. semoga berat turun sebelum p klinik obesiti. Kalau tak abis la. Huhu

Hmm.. for the first week. Looks good.  With support from friends and my dear good friend cik puan aini aka nu un. Semoga berjaya. Amin.  Tak susah sgt rupa2nya. Coz pagi minum shake tghhari mkn. Pukul 4 shake. Pukul7 dinner.
